We needed breakfast and by chance we stumbled upon this family-run pastry shop. The pastry chef is a cyclist, so we lingered for a while, discovering that all the products are strictly homemade (try it and believe it). He also gave us excellent advice on taking the less busy but more scenic roads in the area!

The climb to the park of lignano is quite challenging, even double-digit slopes (14% 16%) make it hard but pleasant because it is surrounded by a thick forest that has legendary heat in the summer period. After the peak, going down for 3 km you come across a refreshment point where there is the possibility of refilling water at the 2/3 fountains present as well as stopping for a break at the park bar. Then downhill to Rigutino
