It is not a problem to choose your dream beach on Thassos. In fact, it is a problem because you will not be able to decide which one is the best. Thassos has some of the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in the Aegean Sea, you will find sandy beaches and beaches with smooth marble pebbles, rocky coves ideal for snorkeling and long stretches with a gradual entry into the water suitable even for the smallest children and sports activities. Some beaches are organized, others are wild, there are beaches in full sun and shaded by a belt of green pine trees.

Unfortunately, the beach is overcrowded in the height of summer. At the end of September it was wonderful. The many restaurants located directly on the beach give the beach a great atmosphere.

Pachis is a small resort with about a kilometer long, very nice and popular beach. It is located in the northernmost tip of the island, 10 km from the capital of Thassos and very close to the resort of Skala Rachoniou.

Aliki Beach is at the northeastern side of Thassos in a distance of 32km from Limenas. There are two gulfs in Alyki with beaches of pebbles, sand and crystal waters.

Paradise Beach is a popular beach on the east coast of the island of Thassos, approximately 17 kilometers from the capital. The beach is covered with fine light sand, the sea is very clean and azure. The beach is surrounded by mountains covered with greenery.
