Very beautiful and old castle!

The castle dates back to the 14th century and is still in excellent condition today. It is owned by the Borromeo family so it is not always open to the public, but it is possible to book it for events or celebrations.

Villa Trivulzio was built in the first half of the nineteenth century on the initiative of the noble Giorgio Pallavicino Trivulzio on the remains of a seventeenth-century feudal palace which in turn was built on the foundations of the ancient castle of San Fiorano.

The municipality of Cavacurta has very ancient origins (the town was mentioned as early as 997). Two buildings are worthy of note: the parish church of San Bartolomeo, of fifteenth-century origin, and the former convent of the Servi di Maria.
