The bay between Monfalcone and Trieste and the nature reserve as far as Grado can be seen very clearly. To the north there is also a panoramic view of the surrounding valleys and mountains.

This covered bench is perfect for a relaxing break near Cormons. It is one of the many windows that can be found in this beautiful area on the Italian-Slovenian border.

Monumental building for peace

This monumental area is dedicated to the fallen of all wars. Built in 1951 in just six months, it is composed of an imposing travertine marble enclosure that encloses the Ara Pacis. Inside are preserved the clods from all the military cemeteries, both Italian and foreign, present on Italian soil, to symbolize the memory of the fallen of all wars. Near the monument, you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view.
