Great cafe, lovely story on their website. An absolute must-visit! 🤩

A very nice café with friendly service. The atmosphere is pleasant. Delicious breakfast items. The cake looked good enough to eat. The stop was worth it.

After the old nave was demolished in 1737, the current one was rebuilt, and the church was consecrated in 1743. Opposite the pulpit is a crucifix from the mid-18th century. The coat of arms of Abbot Rogerius Friesl of Kaisheim can be seen on the west gable. A cemetery surrounds the parish church. The ruined church of Spindeltal is not here, but about 3 kilometers further east.

Great day trip destination, although the castle isn't that big. But it takes an hour to walk around it with kids.

The tax office is housed in the former residence of the Prince-Bishops of Augsburg. Several parts of the building, especially the small Knights' Hall with its emblem-decorated wooden ceiling and the castle courtyard, are the venue for vernissages, festivals and market events. To the east of the mighty complex is the court garden and the former castle brewery, built in 1764. To the west of the castle is the Brucktörle with its two onion domes, the former gate to the medieval castle. The buildings of the former castle guard house rooms for the Dillingen district and city savings bank and a restaurant.
