The second passage next to the tower was added in 1935. The gate underwent extensive restoration between 1995 and 1997.

Between 1790 and 1793, the chapel was converted into a two-story residential building, which remained in use until 1989. The residential fittings were removed in 1989/1990, and subsequent renovations were carried out, restoring the windows to their original pointed arches. Today, the chapel is used by the Gartz (Oder) Local History Society for exhibitions and concerts.

The building was constructed between 1900 and 1904 by architect Ch. Steinweg as a district court and prison, and bears the head of former district judge Vendt on the sandstone column in the entrance area. It has served as the town hall since 1953.

The exhibition focuses on life and work in this farming town from the 18th to the 20th century. The museum's furnished apartment, decorated in the style of the 19th and 20th centuries, is particularly worth seeing. Also on display are the historical costumes of the wealthy farmers of the Pomeranian region.

The church was probably built at the end of the 13th century. In the years 1873-1877 it was thoroughly rebuilt in the neo-Gothic style. Until 1996 Bagemühl was the seat of a parish, which included branch churches in Battin and Woddow. It currently belongs to the parish in Brüssow. In 2002 the church was temporarily closed due to the poor technical condition of the roof. In 2007, renovation of the roof structure began.
