Above another series of moldings decorated with denticles and ovules, the base of the column is surrounded by four angular eagles with wings outstretched connected by a wreath of laurel leaves tied with ribbons. This beautiful little church is built in sandstone, Romanesque style. In 1744 the bell tower was erected, the last of the series of bell towers built in the area in that period. Inside the church there are some furnishings from the seventeenth century, including the altarpiece.
