Dirt path that starts from Acqua Fidia, with uneven ground and loose stones, you reach this crossroads where you will find reclamation work on the path but it is still passable, to the right you go to Monte Carafone, to the left and then immediately to the right you take the Montagnella del Monte Carafone path, a wide path with a fairly compact ground with the presence of a fence. At the end of the path turning left you easily reach Mercogliano always downhill.

Near Acqua Fidia there is this installation created by the artist Giuseppe Di Giovanni.

Artwork made with sticks by the artist Il Sedicente Moradi. Moradi is famous because he builds without destroying and creates wooden compositions by recovering pieces of nature in a state of abandonment.

The Montevergine Abbey Sanctuary is an important place of worship. The history of this complex is linked to San Guglielmo da Vercelli, a hermit, who lived between the 11th and 12th centuries, who on his journey to Jerusalem stopped here to devote himself to meditation, thus giving up the pilgrimage to the Holy Land. Over the centuries the small original chapel was transformed into the current sanctuary, becoming the favorite destination of many devotees.
