A wonderful gem in the immediate vicinity of Herzogenbuchsee. Water frogs croak around the weather. The divers proudly show off their four young, which, intriguingly, have red heads, while their parents, typical of divers, have white "mirrors" vertically across their foreheads and noses. And: If you wanted, you could also go 45 km/h. But 36 km/h in Bosch Limit mode, i.e. 11 km/h entirely under your own muscle power, is all the more fun, and in weather made for the gods.

From Kreuzackerquai on the south bank of the Aare, you have a beautiful view of the old town opposite. In summer, it's a popular spot for strolling and relaxing by the water.

Here you'll find a lovely, shady picnic area on the lakeshore. Small boats can also be rented for a trip on the lake in the summer. Children who aren't tired from cycling can continue to have fun on the playground.

A picturesque stretch of road connects the communities of Lüterkofen-Ichertswil and Bibern. Riding gently up and down, you'll enjoy views over the expansive meadow landscape of the Bibern Valley.
