It is the western gateway to the walled village of Feltre. It is also the entrance to the final climb in the Sportful Dolomiti Race. It is well worth a visit and a photo opportunity.

After leaving the beautiful Lake Mis behind, the gorge narrows and the road gains a little height, passing through successive galleries and tunnels dug directly into the rock. It's a wonderful place that rivals the Sottoguda Gorge on the climb to Marmolada.

It's an exceptional gateway to the Dolomites, with calm, crystal-clear waters nestled between the mountains. A wonderful place with hardly any traffic.
