The village of Torre di Palme is an ancient medieval village that retains its original structure and is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy in the Marche region. The panoramic balcony on the top of the hill allows you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the coast and Porto San Giorgio.

The Boschetto del Cugnolo is a protected area made up of Mediterranean scrub that grows on a fossil dune from the Pliocene. It is crossed by a circular path of about two kilometers, which offers splendid views of the sea and the village of Torre di Palme, and allows you to reach the Grotta degli Amanti, a suggestive natural cavity.

The Fosso Cupo has created a chasm (between Torre di Palme and Bosco del Cugnolo), which resembles a canyon. Attention should be paid (as also described on the billboards) near the ditch.

The cugnolo wood is a path, with a good part on a white road. There are some wooden posts that indicate the route in this section.
