The Cugnolo forest is located immediately above the village of Torre di Palme

The Boschetto del Cugnolo is a protected area made up of Mediterranean scrub that grows on a fossil dune from the Pliocene. It is crossed by a circular path of about two kilometers, which offers splendid views of the sea and the village of Torre di Palme, and allows you to reach the Grotta degli Amanti, a suggestive natural cavity.

Sandy beach that stretches for over 2 kilometers along the Marche coast, between Grottammare and Marina di Massignano. It has been awarded the Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the sea and for the services offered to tourists, with bathing establishments, equipped areas, cycle paths and pine forests. Ideal for taking a dip in the summer before or after a bike ride.

The Fosso Cupo has created a chasm (between Torre di Palme and Bosco del Cugnolo), which resembles a canyon. Attention should be paid (as also described on the billboards) near the ditch.

The cugnolo wood is a path, with a good part on a white road. There are some wooden posts that indicate the route in this section.
