Village of medieval origin a few kilometers outside Bonorva, of which it is said that a curse ("Rebeccu, Rebecchesi, dalle trenta case non vi mossate") has prevented its growth forever. It is said that Donoria (the daughter of King Beccu, the local feudal lord) was expelled from the village because she was considered a witch. Upon leaving the village she shouted her curse condemning the village. https://www.sardegnaturismo.it/it/esplora/rebeccu Today the village presents itself with thirty houses, and zero inhabitants. However, there is an excellent restaurant that still attracts visitors.

The village of Ardara shows traces of a rich past, when it was chosen as the residence of the judges of Torres between the 11th and 12th centuries. The main monuments of Arda date back to that period: the regal palace, of which the ruins are visible - a 12 meter tower and remains of walls - and the basilica of Nostra Signora del Regno, one of the most beautiful and best preserved Romanesque basilicas. According to some sources, the town of Thiesi was founded by Jews deported by the Romans. Today cheese production is the main activity and is home to large dairy industries. The most important historical buildings found there are the seventeenth-century church of Sant'Antonio and the parish church of Santa Vittoria, a beautiful Gothic-Aragonese building built between 1400 and 1590, with Renaissance interior decoration and portal.

The church was first built in the 15th century and then rebuilt in 1600. The majestic bell tower was built two centuries later and, at 46 meters high, is considered the tallest in Sardinia.
