The Fattoria Pieve a Salti, which translates as "farm near the chapel of Salti," has been one of Tuscany's largest organic farms since the 1990s (here, primarily organic grain is grown on 700 hectares). It also houses an apartment complex, a small hotel with a restaurant, and a riding stable. The apartment complex's reception and café are located here, and are particularly family-friendly, with an indoor swimming pool and children's playhouse (operated by Vamos Reisen).
