Beautiful old church with a lovely, large, and well-kept churchyard/cemetery. Unfortunately, I was out with my dog and couldn't get inside to take more photos. But you're supposed to get a nice view from up there.

Here you can walk along the old Pedersborg castle rampart via a small wooden staircase. A path also runs parallel to the rampart, just below the rampart.

Here, below the Kongebroen, is the inflow from Sorø Lake into Pedersborg Lake. A perfect spot to give your kids and four-legged friends a break and a little refreshment. Upper on the road, there's an information board about the old bridge.

Beautiful swimming area right on the circular path around the lake. There is a seating area and access to Sorø Sø Camping. A stainless steel staircase provides easy access to the water. NOT A SWIMMING AREA FOR NON-SWIMMERS!!!

Beautiful lakeside swimming spot. As is almost typical for Scandinavian swimming spots, the non-swimmer area is separated by a jetty. Unfortunately, the lawn was a bit littered, but it's a great place for a quick swim at the lake.
