A remarkable relic of the old Weiltal railway.

My Komoot tip: You won't find this inconspicuous beauty on the Lahn River, but on the Emsbach stream in Bad Camberg-Oberselters! This is the first mind-blow moment. The bridge, renovated in 2015, is a historically significant structure made of the famous Lahn marble – which is actually a polishable limestone, but shhh! The really cool thing: If you park your bike for a moment and take a close look at the stone blocks and parapets, you'll be able to discover fossils! Remains of animals and plants that lived here in the sea tens of millions of years ago. So you're standing on a bridge that's also a window into the earth's history. The bridge was once part of the old road from Frankfurt to Koblenz and is now an official geopoint of the Westerwald-Lahn-Taunus National Geopark. A real stop for geologically interested cyclists, where you'll briefly feel like an archaeologist before you hit the pedals again!

The former Weiltalbahn station is simply an eye-catcher.
