The Taglio Grosso pass is a road pass that connects the province of Turin with that of Biella. Here the road is crossed by the Alta Via della Serra Morenica of Ivrea, by the Cammino di San Carlo and by the Ghiaccio Caldo Ghiaccio Freddo di Magnano route, and the large telecommunications antenna allows you to take the pass as a point of reference.

The Church of San Secondo in Magnano is a beautiful example of Romanesque architecture, built in the 11th century by Benedictine monks. It is located in a solitary clearing, where the town of Magnano once stood and was restored in 1968, eliminating the baroque additions made over the centuries.

Erratic boulder near the village of Magnano, a large block of rock transported by a glacial movement from its original place. These boulders can be very large and occupy unusual positions on plains or hills, and are evidence of a glacial past in the area.

Broglina is a hamlet of Magnano located just below the summit crest of the Serra moraine of Ivrea. From here you can set off on an excursion into the Reserve along the numerous marked paths.
