Wiedtalbahn, an unfinished railway story. For more information, see Wikipedia: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wiedtalbahn_(Verkehrsprojekt) A cycle path is also a fairly modern and good idea for its use. Bus and truck traffic would likely be sufficient for an economically viable concept.

The via ferrata remains a bit of a borderline case. Definitely good for practicing and for families. If you are on a longer hike here, it is actually too short and easy to take all the material with you - the result is that some are unsecured (no problem, but probably not in the interests of the community that created it) .
