Spectacular little square, with two churches and the town hall overlooking it. The two churches (Ss. Bartolomeo and Giovanni, and Confraternita dello Spirito Santo) are in neoclassical style, with the classic ancient yellow color of Piedmont. The town hall is a completely restored nineteenth-century building (which I couldn't see well because, between works, the market, and preparation for some festival, there was everything in front). The square is so small that it's hard to fit it in the photos. On Saturdays there is a market: picturesque, but it adds confusion to everything. However, despite, or perhaps even thanks to, the confusion, the place is truly beautiful, and if you pass by Valfenera it is worth going to see it.

Beautiful little chapel, simple but very well kept, and of great scenic effect. It is located on the provincial road that goes from Poirino to Santo Stefano Roero, in the Berteri hamlet. Easy to reach (not very busy road), it deserves a moment of attention.

Smooth dirt road that connects Valfenera and Villanova d'Asti. Highly recommended and doable in every season

Near this lake, definitely worth visiting, you will also find a small restaurant with a terrace overlooking the body of water and where you can eat very well.

Water point in the Isolabella square, next to the Isola bar. While you're taking a break, it's a good idea to visit the small square with the civic tower, walk around it and visit the parish church of San Vincenzo. Or stop and have something at the bar, which never hurts!

The heart of the town of Isolabella. The church of San Bernardo has the classic appearance between baroque and neoclassical of the Piedmontese eighteenth century. A short distance away, the nineteenth-century civic tower, which stands out over the town and is clearly visible from afar. Two roads access the small square around the tower through "galleries" in the buildings, with a very beautiful scenic effect. To get to the tower and church you have to leave the provincial road and extend the tour by two to three hundred metres, but they are meters well spent.

Vincenzo Ferrer, Spanish preacher (1350) of the Dominican order. He is still invoked today by farmers for the benefits of the harvest, and is also venerated as the patron saint of bricklayers. It is then prayed against lightning and earthquakes, and to ward off diseases, especially the most serious ones. to find out more about his iconography: http://regio18.blogspot.com/2011/05/la-tromba-le-ali-la-fiamma-liconografia.html
