When you get to the "col" of Albugnano go all the way up to the view point.

From here you can see Monferrato, the Langhe, the Roero, Turin and even Mont Blanc.

The central square of the town presents various points of interest. A beautiful neoclassical chapel dedicated to San Rocco; several buildings that surround it; and above all, the statue of Don Bosco, which dominates the square. Continuing along quite steep streets you reach the upper part of the town, where you are rewarded for your efforts by other points of interest.

Albugnano being about 500 above sea level offers a beautiful view, if it is a bit windy day the view is even more beautiful.

The Basilica of San Giovanni Bosco stands on Colle Don Bosco, a district of Morialdo, a district of Castelnuovo Don Bosco, in the province of Asti and belongs to the Archdiocese of Turin.
