Friendly manager. Possibility to drink a coffee. The manager himself suggested filling our drinking bottles. That was certainly welcome in that heat. Nice to catch your breath after a long climb.

A garden that resembles that of the Royal Palace of Caserta or that of Wihlelmshohe in Kassel, the historic Garzoni garden comes from the eighteenth century almost intact up to us. The inside of the villa is being restored and cannot be visited.

The Monumental Park of Pinocchio is a museum dedicated to the novel, The Adventures of Pinocchio, the most translated Italian book in the world that from childhood to maturity is able to tell the path of growth that everyone faces in life. The Park, protected by the Fine Arts, is a collective contemporary work of some of the most important and well-known Italian artists and architects of the twentieth century. For this reason the park is able to speak to both children and adults and opens a dialogue between different generations. To bring children closer to art, also through play. So here are the puppet shows inspired by Mangiafuoco, the Land of Toys with the ancient rides, the mechanical theater, the interactive museum, the two adventure paths, the workshops inspired by the story. The park hosts temporary art exhibitions that take place every quarter throughout the year. The ticket includes the Park and its attractions, the Historic Garzoni Garden and the Butterfly House.
