Located in the heart of the historic center, this mural dedicated to hot air balloons celebrates one of Fragneto Monforte's most recognizable features: the famous International Hot Air Balloon Festival, which has colored the Sannio skies every autumn since 1987. The work depicts children, light figures, and hot air balloons flying over stylized hills, evoking the sense of wonder and freedom that characterizes the gathering.

The Ducal Palace of Fragneto Monforte is the village's iconic building, the former residence of the Montalto family, who ruled the area for centuries. The current structure dates largely to the 18th century and retains elegant rooms, internal courtyards, and panoramic views of the valley.
