The Bockl Cycle Path runs from Neustadt an der Waldnaab to Eslarn and vice versa. It's mostly paved, with slight inclines.

The Scheberl, as it's also called, has its own herd of Angus cattle. The meat is also available at the inn, of course. Whether as a steak or roast, it tastes absolutely delicious here. But it's best to make a reservation on Sundays.
