The Plain-de-Saigne pond is a small artificial lake located in Montfaucon. It's a great place to picnic and admire the reflections of the sky and trees on the water. You can also learn about the history of the lake, which was once home to a mill and peat extraction site.

These two wind turbines were installed in 2009 on the La Plaine site, overlooking the village of Saint-Brais. Wind turbines produce clean energy and offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

This small chapel, dedicated to the Virgin Mary, was built in 1941 by the villagers of Saint-Brais during the war. It is located on a hill which dominates the valley and offers a panoramic view of the surrounding area. You can admire the architecture and stained glass windows of the chapel, as well as the nature and wildlife of the region. The Chapelle de Vernois is a hidden gem that will charm you with its history and beauty.

The Étang de Plain de Saigne is located in the municipality of Montfaucon in the canton of Jura. It lies embedded in lush alpine meadows in a high moor area at an altitude of 860 meters above sea level. The pond is under nature protection.
