We offer you Texan cuisine, influenced by Mexico and the "Cajun food" from New Orleans. In the lower part of the restaurant you are surrounded by an original Texan ambience. The upper floor is available for celebrations of all kinds and is designed to transport you to the French Quarter of New Orleans. Because our ship is not seaworthy, we can provide you with our own jetty or arrange a trip on the "MS Spitzhörn" or the Tjalk "Angela von Barßel".
