Playing the piano in Milo🎹 — the village is situated on a magnificent vantage point with views of Mount Etna and the sea. The Piscitello lava flow cave has an easy-to-access entrance. The 786 trail that leads to the Piscitello cave is in some places impassable by bike due to the presence of some sections on the 1669 lava flow that are really heavy due to the presence of large moving stones and some "steps" along the path. In other places the broom vegetation hinders the passage.

At the entrance to Carcaci there is a bar-tobacconist currently open only in the morning from 5.30am to 1pm. At the bar you can also buy hard-boiled eggs reserved for cyclists. The owner lives in Carcaci and knows the village well. In front of the bar there is a fountain.

The statue by the sculptor Placido Calì from Aci is located in the Belvedere square of Milo. The two singer-songwriters were fascinated by the Etna landscape and they both bought a house in Milo. The work was inaugurated on August 12, 2022
