The chapel stands on a hill east of Forst, roughly oriented east-west. The rectangular chapel building has a gable roof and three round-arched windows on each side. The entrance door on the west side is also round-arched, and there is a round window in the gable above the door. On the north side, a small bell tower with an onion-shaped dome above the tower lantern is attached to the side between the middle and rear windows. The bell in the tower was cast by the Grassmayr bell foundry in Innsbruck.
