Steep climb but doable, the descent is recommended preferably on dry ground as the descent is steep

It was a beautiful day, and we enjoyed a breathtaking view. We wore light gear to complete the loop. But it's a good idea to bring a picnic and a tent here... definitely worth doing again.

It is the so-called S. Lucia footbridge. Particularly useful in this period that the path on the right bank is closed in the upstream section.

Between Tobbiana and Schignano, Mount Faggi di Javello rises to an altitude of 931 meters and is crossed by a panoramic ridge of great charm. In fact, it overlooks the valleys of the Bisenzio and the Agna torrent, making every walk here a beautiful memory.

The Pool of Death is so called because, according to legend, centuries ago some people died here because of the strong current. Although it is not to be underestimated even today, the Buti stream forms a small waterfall and consequently a small pool where it is possible to bathe, especially recommended when there is little water.

In the protected natural area of the Calvana mountains, this panoramic point is located in a meadow that allows a wide view of the Tuscan countryside below. Located between the provinces of Prato and Florence, it hosts very rare species of shrubs and amphibians.
