Waterfalls in Val Codera

Directly above, a stream rises in a rock grotto, which, depending on the season, is dry or produces a few m3/s of water and turns into a waterfall 💦. Right next to it, there are a whole row of tables and benches that invite you to have a picnic.

The waters of the stream form beautiful waterfalls especially after a few days of rain.

In dry weather we could only guess..

Waterfalls visible along the first part of the trail. I suggest you bring a waterproof jacket with you as the trail passes very close to the falls and you may get wet. Shoes suitable to withstand the grip on the mud and waterproof are recommended. The trail can be slippery.

The path leads behind the waterfall. However, it can often only carry a little water in summer

Since the planned path on the torrent is completely overgrown, the brook must be crossed at this point. Is not completely undemanding. But opposite then leads a path to the marked trail and you come back on the tour.

On the hike between Dascio and San Fedelino on the western shore of Lake Mezzola, about 1 km after the Sasso di Dascio, you will reach the small gorge of the Torrente Valle Le Valene. Behind a picturesque arched bridge over the small river is the waterfall Cascatas Valle Le Valene.
