This is the highlight on the cycle path between Lake Como and Lake Lugano. (Between Porlezza and Menaggio) Absolutely great place for a break.

The route suggested in komoot from the Chapel of St. Bernard to the north is, in my opinion, too dangerous. It is better to head west into the valley

In the suggestive scenery of Val Menaggio, Lake Piano is located in the heart of the regional nature reserve. It is surrounded by fields, reed thickets and a dense green forest that develops on the slopes of Mount Galbiga. It can be a perfect place for a regenerating break while cycling.

Lake Piano is a beautiful lake located between Lake Como and Lake Lugano.

Imposing church which is always perceived as a striking building from the lake. So you have to dare to look from above and take a closer look at the church. Be sure to go into the church courtyard and enjoy the view of the lake from there.
