done on 21 Aug 24 I started the route in the afternoon around 2:30 pm with the temperature 30 degrees on the way up and all in the shade so doable even in the heat, the summit is all exposed to the sun but in the afternoon you feel it little, the descent is also mostly shaded but challenging I suffered a lot :) but with attention you can do everything. It took me more or less 5 hours with the necessary stops. Stunning views teekking suitable as a sport 2000 calories burned

Monte San Primo is the highest mountain in the Larian triangle with its 1685 metres. From the summit you can perfectly see the branching of Lake Como which forms an upside down Y. on days without haze you can also admire the Po Valley and the Milanese area, as well as the main lakes in the area.

The train is very crowded and the view from above is a bit disappointing. It's better to use hiking trails and find better views of Como and Lake Como.

Pusiano is right on the lake. Besides this, it's a really nice village, with its bars, perfect for a break, before starting the climbs which here have many variations. In winter a classic.

Monte San Primo is the highest mountain in the Larian Triangle. With its 1685 meters, San Primo offers a privileged observation point: the gaze can range 360 degrees from Lake Como to a large part of the Alps. On fine days with clear skies, the view can even see the Apennines to the south.
