말 못 하고 듣지 못하는 아이에 대한 전설은 롬바르디아주 크레모나현의 카살레토 체레다노에 위치한 마돈나 델레 폰타네 성지와 관련이 있습니다. 전승에 따르면 1687년 이전에 아벨레라는 이름의 여덟 살짜리 말 못 하고 듣지 못하는 아이가 지역 습지에서 길을 잃었습니다. 성모 마리아가 그에게 나타나 샘물을 솟아나게 하여 그를 돌보았고 그의 청력과 말하는 능력을 회복시켜 주었습니다.

Crema's Town Hall (Palazzo del Comune) is located in the center of Crema, directly opposite the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta. The town hall is built in the 16th-century Renaissance style with a 17th-century tower.

The center of the small town is the "Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta" (Cathedral of the Assumption of Mary). The Gothic-style cathedral is almost 700 years old.
