Patching of the Monte Catalfano Park area. The area features a playground and a few picnic tables. Don't be put off by the road, which is an open-air dump, and the prohibition signs. From there, several short hikes start along forest roads and trails. If you choose to hike the trails, I recommend suitable footwear, a GPS with a recent route, and water. Avoid the hottest months.
