백조의 호수는 몬차의 왕립 정원에 위치한 매력적인 인공 수역입니다. 건축가 주세페 피에르마리니가 설계한 이 환경은 동식물을 수용하며 역사적, 경관적 중요성을 지닌 명소를 제공합니다.

The Royal Villa's pond features a system of water features that dates back to the Habsburg era, when the Swan Lake was created in the Royal Gardens between 1778 and 1783, designed by Piermarini himself. Along with all the scenic elements characteristic of the English garden created for the palace commissioned by Maria Theresa of Austria, such as the neoclassical temple, the grotto with the statue of Neptune, and the so-called swan house, the artificial pond also featured a hydraulic system to create jets and water effects, which has now been inoperative for decades.

Lake Alserio is a small basin in the Valle del Lambro Regional Park. Its perimeter is covered with thick reeds and its placid waters are home to lush water lilies. You can navigate Lake Alserio only with boats without a motor or you can decide to travel along its banks with a relaxing ride along the cycle/pedestrian path.

Lake Montorfano is located in the heart of the regional nature reserve of the same name. Although small in size, the lake offers rich vegetation and varied aquatic fauna. Its banks bathe wooded slopes thus composing a splendid panorama.

A small beach where it is possible to swim in summer, a recommended place also to bring your four-legged friends for a swim.
