The bike path is next to the road, but at a slightly higher elevation. This means a beautiful view of the water. Great!

A relaxing walk along the canal. The sections without expensive barriers are in much better condition.

St. George's Chapel in Templin is the oldest surviving building in the city, built in the 14th century in Brick Gothic style. It is located on Berliner Straße near the Berliner Gate and was never completely destroyed, although it survived several city fires. The chapel houses a magnificent 16th-century wooden sculpture depicting the patron saint George on horseback and in full armor, fighting the dragon. A 15th-century winged shrine forms the centerpiece of the small church. St. George's Chapel has been preserved to this day as it was built in pre-Reformation times.

The bike path is a dream. The best asphalt on an old railway embankment through diverse nature.

Great cycle path/pedestrian path with a great surface. Be careful, it gets very busy on Sundays and public holidays, which makes cycling difficult.
