Central hub of the Piacenza mid-mountain, between the Nure and Arda valleys. From Prato Barbieri you can go down to Bettola, Morfasso and Gropparello. You can then go up to Passo Santa Franca, and from there reach Farini passing through Groppallo. Beautiful views guaranteed.

Monument dedicated to Christopher Columbus who, according to a thousand-year-old tradition, was the son of parents resident in Pradello di Bettola, owners of a tower dating back to the end of the 1300s. On the base placed under the statue a wording reads: "Tell the future generations this monument created by unanimous plebiscite that from Valnure the progeny of Christopher Columbus came out to the ancient world, the sublime giver of another - 21 August 1892"
