Historic center of Marene, full of points of interest: the churches of the Nativity of Mary, of San Giovanni, and of the Holy Cross; Palazzo Galvagno (today Town Hall); Palazzo Gallina (today the Municipal Library); the Civic Tower (11th century); small garden with benches and water point; and more. To spend half a day there. Usually from Marene you pass along the main road without going inside: here instead it is better to arrive by the old road that comes from the north, or by the one that comes from Cavallermaggiore, avoiding the traffic and enjoying the arrival in Marene almost like a car weather.
