A short and highly rewarding route, especially recommended in autumn for the variety of colors. The trails are easily accessible, but there are few signposts and many forks in the road; consulting the route helps you avoid taking a wrong turn. The only drawback: having to travel along a very busy stretch of provincial road to complete the loop.

In reality it is a kneeling or TOWARDS the Sanctuary of San Luca in Bologna. If you look carefully, perhaps in the midst of the mist, you can really see the Church of San Luca through the cut trees, obviously while kneeling, that is, looking north!

The church already appears in the sample of 1378 and enjoys the privilege of hosting a baptismal font. The church was restored and embellished in 1770 and then again in 1837, after a serious fire. In the mid-nineteenth century, the building was enriched with a choir which houses a well-made organ. The church is preceded by a large grassy lawn, shared with a disused cemetery. The gabled facade, devoid of ornaments, is plastered orange within the corners plastered in Mars yellow. The right corner is sloped on both sides, while the left one remains flush with the wall profile. In the center of the facade are the entrance door and the window that illuminates the nave, both framed in the same color as the corners. The roofing is made up of tiles and roof tiles. On the left side of the church stands the bell tower, behind which is the rectory, plastered in ash grey. Ancient tower, called La Guarda, in ruins. The building, together with the many towers found in this area, were built in the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries for defensive and observation purposes. In this case, the tower served as a lookout for the old Rocca di Bonzara.
