POSITIVE: + Central location in the historic town center: Directly on Obernberg's market square, easily accessible and nestled within the baroque townscape. + Parking: Available directly on the market square and a few spaces directly in front of the church. + Historical significance: First documented mention around 1250. + Architecture: Gothic hall church with baroque alterations in the 17th century, architecturally particularly charming. Three-aisled nave with groin and net-vaulted ceilings. West tower with a baroque onion dome from 1888 and a late Gothic portal. Sacristy with Gothic fittings and ornate door design. + Art historical treasures: High altar from 1838, side altars with figures from the early 18th century. Late Gothic relief "Holy Kinship" in the St. Anne's Chapel (circa 1515/1520), attributed to a pupil of Hans Leinberger. Numerous historic gravestones from the 15th to 17th centuries adorn the exterior of the church. + Atmospheric St. Anne's Chapel: net-vaulted ceiling and remnants of late Gothic frescoes (Last Judgment, Crucifixion, Mary, etc.). NEGATIVE: - Limited tourist access: No regular guided tours or audio guides; information is only available through church guides or by personal request. - Limited accessibility: Historic building with steps and narrow passageways, making it difficult for wheelchair users or people with mobility impairments.

The animals appeared calm in their enclosures and showed no compulsive behaviors. They are all offspring from zoos and wildlife parks. The explanations during the show were very interesting. The animals are regularly kept busy, and I think they are better off than they would have been in a zoo or wildlife park.
