The Church of Santa Lucia is the most significant monument of Magliano de' Marsi (AQ)

Pass at an altitude of 1,100 meters on the provincial road that leads from Celano to Forme. Here there is a fountain with very fresh water, a picnic table and a panoramic point towards the Fucino plain on one side and the Cafornia and Velino mountains on the other.

Camporotondo is a small village in the heart of the Simbruini in the province of L'Aquila. The climb to get there is challenging, but the beauty of the surrounding nature repays every effort.

Pescorocchiano is a charming village. The name already recalls Abruzzo (Pescosansonesco, Pescasseroli, Pescara, etc...) and in fact it is located within the Cicolano valley which connects L'Aquila to Rieti. The term "pesco" is thought to derive from "pesclum", meaning a high and steep place. Looking at Pescorocchiano from afar you can easily understand why it was given this name!

The Vali di Monte Salviano is located at 902 m above sea level within the homonymous nature reserve. In 2000 the work entitled "Teatro della Germinazione" was installed, a sculpture by the artist Pietro Cascella.

Tagliacozzo is a city in Abruzzo which rises not far from the border with Lazio in the western part of Marsica, in the Piani Palentini area. From the streets of the city you can admire the nature of Marsica. Worth a pass.

Sante Marie is a small village in Abruzzo. One of its characteristics is the presence of numerous murals that enliven the streets and are worth a visit.
