Nice place. Alm is not open every day of the week, luckily you can get a cool drink in the water trough behind the hut (for a fee).

The lovely Alm can be reached from Radmer/Hasel, Johnsbachtal and via Gscheideggkogel. The hike/climb to the Lugauer is also possible from here.

Fantastic panoramic mountain with a long climb, you should be free from giddiness in the summit area.

The Neuburgalm is located at 1400 m and has a descent to the Radmer or the Johnsbachtal. Very friendly hospitality on the mountain pasture. If there is no hut host present, there are enough drinks in the trough with a drinks box.

Be sure to refill water to drink, otherwise there is no water point on this route. The water is said to have healing properties for the eyesight.
