A beautiful gondola pond with seating invites you to linger. Info: In 1972, an open-air stage was built in the palace gardens, and in 1974, a gondola pond with a dam was built in the "Seußlitzer Grund" area. Unfortunately, gondola service had to be discontinued a few years ago due to lack of demand. The "Seußlitzer Grund" has been a nature reserve since 1960 and is now a special protection area under the Habitats Directive (FFH).

A beautiful spot by the trout pond, where you can also take a break. Pure nature all around you.

Today, at the time of my arrival, it wasn't open, and even so, I thought it was simply fantastic. I walked uncertainly along and down the vineyard at the winery. A bit wondering, hmmmm, is this really the way to go? Yes, it was, and the gate downstairs was open too. :D
