Very quiet streets surround this small but pretty town.

Good little descent, not difficult. Easy terrain, nice landscape.

A magnificent section of road that meanders through this narrow gorge, with tunnels cut through the rock. A spectacle for any cyclist, but also renowned for canyoning adventures.

If you leave from the Var valley, approximately 450m of elevation gain await you to reach Gilette, on a road in good condition but busy. The view at the top is very beautiful over the valley but also over the Château de Gilette and the surrounding mountains. The village may be a crossing point to reach the villages of the Estéron valley, or even for an ascent of Mont Vial, much higher.

Very nice view of the Plaine du Var / Nice and 360° around.

Enjoyable wide gravelly track.

Cipières, in the heart of the Préalpes d'Azur regional natural park, is a bucolic town of 400 inhabitants. Excellent base camp for visiting the park, you will find all the amenities there, from catering to accommodation.

A picturesque little village overlooking the Var and Esteron valleys and perched high between Carros and Bouyon. Beautiful little streets, old stone buildings and central arcades give this town a lot of charm!
