Beautiful, nice and well maintained hut. Its around 20-30 mins from Kikish Shelter and 10-20 mins from Momina Skala Hut. There a few routs to reach this beauty. I personaly live the "red" route, which goes strait up along the river. This one could be dangerous, especially in wet conditions. Please, use the green route in such conditions. It is not very technical, but I would recommend using a trail runners or other hiking shoes with good grip.

Approach winter carefully, it is slippery in many places!
