When we reached the summit, we were very pleasantly surprised. There was a fantastic view, even though the mountain is not one of the highest peaks in the near or far area 🌞

Great hike! Highly recommended. Great views, enjoy nature, a bit strenuous in places, surefootedness required around the summit. Take plenty of water with you! With a bit of luck you can see ibexes and chamois.

The Heulantsch (1,473 m) is one of numerous mountains in the Almenland Nature Park. At the summit cross there is a summit book for entries. The view of the Graz mountains, the Hochschwab and the Zirbitzkogel is amazing. Be sure to plan a little time and let the place work its magic on you.

I wish you a happy new year! Please can someone take a new booklet to the summit when they get the chance? Unfortunately, the summit book was full on December 31, 2023. Thank you :)

A beautiful rocky peak with 360 degree views. Surefootedness required to walk to the cross. Lots going on when the weather is nice.

On October 14th we deposited a new summit book and a new ballpoint pen so that hiking enthusiasts can sign their names in a summit book again.

I ask the next friendly hiker who reads this beforehand to take a summit book and a new ballpoint pen for the summit, because the book is unfortunately full and the ballpoint pen is already very old 🖊️📒 Thank you very much!

A bit more demanding and longer ascent from the Fladnitz side, shorter variant from the GH Haider away via the sculpture path, which is suitable for young and old. If you are up, you have From the Gschaid summit there is a wonderful view and if time permits you can continue hiking in the direction of the Teichalm. Pays off in every variant.

The Gschaidberg (also Gschaid-Nock or Gschaid for short) is a 1239 meter high mountain in the Grazer Bergland. The Gschaidberg is a popular destination, especially because of its view. The view from the tree-free summit meadow extends from the nearby Röthelstein and Rote Wand in the northwest over the entire Passail basin between Weizklamm and Schöckl in the south.
