The Arico general trail is one of those forest trails that allows for steady pedaling without any technical difficulties. Perfect for cyclists new to mountain biking as well as for those looking to take long rides without overcomplicating their journey.

The large Chio cave is hidden in the volcanic landscape, between ancient lava flows and an open pine forest, a short distance from the El Canal trail. It can be an ideal short detour to pause and explore on foot for a few minutes.

The Fife Trail is a wide track of compacted dirt and volcanic gravel, with gentle but steady slopes. You pedal over ancient lava flows and eroded terrain, passing through open pine forests where the light and the contrast between lava and vegetation are spectacular.

In the Vergara Canal, you'll enjoy terrain composed primarily of compacted soil and volcanic gravel, making it ideal for mountain biking. You'll pedal through black lava, scoria fields, and rugged Canary Island pine forests, with Mount Teide as your backdrop.
