Overall, this is a wonderful, easy bike tour. Highlights include the beautiful, unspoiled Laber Valley, the rock cellars along the trail, and the Rose Cemetery in Dietkirchen.

No matter how much the surface has suffered, the cycle path is continuous from NM to Berg and much safer for racing cyclists than the road. Parallel to the canal is a gravel path for MTB and Graffl😇😫

Idyllic, asphalted and car-free alternative to the state road. You have to ride as a cyclist, it's great here.

Very nice facility, unfortunately without shade but with plenty of information about the region.

The special feature of the cycle and hiking trail in the valley of the Black Laber are the five artistically designed rest pavilions, which invite you to take a break at several locations from different perspectives of the main theme "River - Valley of the Black Laber" - all built with oak and granite. In his design concept, artist Willi Leo Hengge from Nittendorf creatively implemented the typical themes that characterize the valley of the Black Laber and the respective location in the pavilion design: The pavilion near Pilsach has the motto "Springs and streams on the European watershed", the pavilion near Oberweiling the theme "Moor life" and in Parsberg "Life on the river" is taken up.
