Beautiful wooden Promenade in the middle of the natural park of Tarifa. Sadly part has bin damaged by a storm and never fixed. But still worth it and posible to walk all the way watching your step

The island itself is not accessible without a guide. Tours cannot be booked at the gate. However, you can watch the kite surfers from the path.

To be honest, the entire old center of Tarifa is a highlight, a pleasure to walk through with the fortress walls, a medina-like city center, great catering with excellent restaurants, a bit of Ibiza from 40 years ago and affordable.

Culture, technology, and mountain trails under your feet – all in a mountainous landscape close to the sea...those seeking tranquility should head to the Buddha Cave; those not afraid of technical challenges should continue up the mountain to the wind turbines; and hopefully, you'll also see the omnipresent eagles, not uncommon here in themselves – but still impressive nonetheless. The trail is always easy to follow, unmarked; routefinding skills are helpful, but not essential! The trail, which branches off directly in front of a wind turbine, is highly recommended for a lasso loop.

At this point you can Stand in between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. Just because or that, it is a must visit.

Here you will find some beautiful art graffiti. Some have been there for many years.

Easy trail for everyone. There is some effort to be made. Specially on the last part, which is quite steep. But worth the climb. Recommended for everyone. If there is rain, the tunnel that goes under the road can get flooded, and the alternative is just crossing the road. Enjoy, and please respect the place.

It's a goat path. I don't recommend it just to see a doll.

From this spot you get sweeping views over the coastline of the Strait of Gibraltar. This is a scenic place to sip some water, take some photos, and catch your breath as you hike around the area.
