호르티아티스 학살은 1944년 9월 2일에 발생했으며 그리스의 나치 점령군의 가장 끔찍한 범죄 중 하나입니다. The building is built of red stone and beautifully decorated with marble reliefs. Of particular note are the bas-reliefs depicting battle scenes and Emperor Galerius riding a horse into the cheering city. The Triumphal Arch of Emperor Galerius (known as Kamara) was probably built around 305 to celebrate the victory of the tetrarch Galerius over the Sassanid Persians and the capture of their capital Ctesiphon in 297. The arch, stretching over the Via Egnatia, was once formed by four pillars (two survive to this day). In the past, the arch was connected to the Rotunda by a processional path (the embankment remains to this day), which together with the hippodrome and the palace complex (comparable to Diocletian's Palace in Split) formed a single whole (you can only see their remains, as well as restored floor mosaics). The Syrma Upper Trail is a very nice and good trail, with speed, lots of small and large jumps, S-lines, and it's still quite long. It's ideal for practicing, and I highly recommend it. The Syrma Upper Trail is also featured in this video: https://youtu.be/a1qb66CgISk

It is located right next to the Church. It would be a good idea to let the water run for a while, because unfortunately, the water supply is through a hose and we should not drink any particles....
