The Olimje Monastery, a former Renaissance castle, has stood since the 11th century. It belonged to the Counts of Pilstein. It changed hands several times throughout history. Nice little castle that is fairly newly renovated. From the top you have a great view. Unfortunately, you can't seem to see the castle from the inside. From the small hiking car park you can either walk up to the castle about 700m or drive a separate way directly to the castle. There is a parking lot there.
